New Client Generation

In 2012 we decided to look at whether our services could be adapted to work effectively for the legal profession. A response to a referral from one of our Accountancy clients we entered the market place with the knowledge that others had tried but failed. Starting with a clean sheet, our aim was to design a methodology that would provide at least the same level of return for our legal clients, as that enjoyed by the accountancy profession.

After an initial trial with a UK Top 20 Legal firm and a process of "fine tuning", we are now in a position to offer our services to a small number of commercial legal firms in the UK.

The return on investment is impressive and because of the now proven methodology we use, generates the equivalent of recurring fees for our legal clients.

Sales Training for Professionals

The legal profession, as a general rule, is not accustomed to promoting their corporate and commercial capabilities proactively. Whilst measurable success can be obtained by simply visiting new prospects and "talking through" how a potential relationship would work, it is much more effective if a structure is in place that is both rehearsed and focussed.

Our legal sales training workshop, a process that can be monitored and measured along with, is fluid in content and designed to provide delegates with the confidence and skills to maximise the chance of success in all business opportunities.

Our CRM Solution - "MyKingdom"

In most legal firms there is a lack of a centralised system to help increase market share or, even worse, there is a system that is so complicated to use that the all important "buy in" from their team doesn't happen. "MyKingdom", released by us in early 2013 has already proven to be the solution that actually works, and works very well.

The greatest testament to our solution is that about 50% of our clients were already CRM users and have migrated from their previous solution to us.

Data Supply and Cleansing

Data supply in this Country is particularly poor and anyone who has bought data before will have experienced a level of inaccuracy that would be unacceptable in any other field. In fairness to the major data suppliers, data is however an ever changing beast. We have stocks of our own data which is regularly validated and cleansed by telephone and hold major account status with data sources for the UK and the rest of Europe.
Having had a major thirst for data for over two decades it is often worthwhile talking to us before you purchase.
